(More customer reviews)I bought this product because it was advertised as being compatible with my Canon Mx870 printer, (I see now, that they have since dropped my printer from the list of compatibles).
When I attempted to use it on my printer it would not recognize any of the cartridges. No problem I thought. Just contact the seller "77 INK" for guidance or for a refund, right?
Not quite! After a week of non-help, they suggested I return the ink, so I did. A week goes by and I heard nothing from them so I contacted Amazon which promptly made 77 INK refund my money.
Now 77 INK says that they are not responsible for my shipping costs. What morons! Why do I have to be their "unpaid" research department?! Of course I had to file a claim with Amazon, (still pending).
Stay away from these little, moronic-like children, playing like they are running a business.
I suggest a name change for this company is in order. "77 Stupid ways to go bankrupt," INC., is one good suggestion.
When you see 77 coming your way, ... cross the street to avoid being mugged by this gang of morons!
