(More customer reviews)The items were exactly as advertised. However, they came without their boxes, taped together and packed loosely. The tape was hard to get off without damaging the cartridges and once able to remove the tape and install the cartridges, they had been sufficiently tossed around and created a bit of a mess. Why not wrap the cartridges together with paper, tape the paper and pack more securely in the box.
I'm happy with the cartridges and the shipping time was less than expected.
